Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MoneyNudge, operated by Kevin Fan. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use MoneyNudge.

What MoneyNudge does

MoneyNudge is a follow-up workbench for quotes and invoices you have already sent. It shows you which ones need a follow-up today, and drafts that follow-up from your own template. MoneyNudge never sends anything to your clients on its own. Every message goes out only when you personally copy it, open it in your own mail app, or otherwise send it yourself, from your own email address.

Because you are the one sending every message, you are solely responsible for the content of anything you send and for complying with the laws that apply to it — including rules on debt collection, commercial communications, and anti-spam laws in your jurisdiction and your client's. MoneyNudge is a drafting and tracking tool, not a compliance service, and does not review what you send before you send it.

Early access and pricing

MoneyNudge is currently free to use during early access. If we introduce a paid plan in the future, we will give every workspace at least 30 days' notice by email before any charge applies. You will not be charged without that advance notice.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at aitaylorfan@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use MoneyNudge to harass, threaten, or deceive anyone, or to send communications that violate applicable debt-collection, anti-spam, or consumer-protection laws.
• Log information you don't have the right to hold, or use the service for anyone else's business without authorization.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to MoneyNudge's systems or another user's data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, or use it to distribute malware or spam.
• Reverse-engineer or resell the service without our written permission.

No professional advice

MoneyNudge helps you track and draft follow-ups. It is not legal, financial, tax, or debt-collection advice, and nothing in the product or on this site should be treated as such. If you need advice on collections law, tax treatment of unpaid invoices, or a specific client dispute, consult a qualified professional in your area.

The service is provided "as is"

We work to keep MoneyNudge reliable, but it is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any draft it produces will be suitable for your situation without your own review — which is why you always review a draft before sending it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kevin Fan will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, MoneyNudge — including damages related to a message you sent, a client relationship, or a payment dispute. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (which, during early access, is zero).

Termination and deleting your account

You may stop using MoneyNudge and delete your account at any time from Settings → Your data, which removes your workspace data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, or that we reasonably believe puts other users, the service, or third parties at risk, with notice where practical.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continuing to use MoneyNudge after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
