THE PRODUCT, IN USE

See one follow-up, from review to record.

A walkthrough of the running app with fictional sample data. Review a draft, prepare a copy, record a send yourself, and check a payment claim separately.

Fictional sample data. The sent entry is a demonstration log; no client email was sent.

  1. Start on Today. The fictional sample workspace groups documents by the decision they need, including drafts to review and payment claims to verify.
  2. Open a draft and read the follow-up. Edit the subject before preparing it; the draft comes from the workspace template.
  3. Copy the draft. This prepares text for your own email app; copying does not send a message or mark the follow-up as sent.
  4. Record a send explicitly. This demonstration adds a simulated sent log only; it does not send client email. In use, record it after you send the message yourself.
  5. Return to Today and inspect a payment claim. The claim stays pending verification, with follow-ups paused while a person checks it.
  6. Open the document to check the claim and outstanding balance. A claim is not proof of payment: check the actual payment before recording a full or partial amount.

How it works

Three steps. You're always the one who decides when a message goes out.

1

Log what you sent

Add the client, amount and date for a quote or invoice you've already sent — a few fields, and nothing is imported automatically.

2

See who's due today

Each day, Today shows exactly which clients need a nudge, and drafts the message from your own template.

3

Review, then send it yourself

Read the draft, edit anything you like, and send it from your own email. Record replies, payment claims and requests to wait yourself so the app knows to pause follow-ups.

Start with one quote or invoice.

LOOK CLOSER

A closer look

Real screens from the running app. Enlarge any image to inspect the details.

01

Today

See the next decision in one place: a draft to read, a claim to check, or a document to follow up on.

One list of who needs attention, grouped by what kind of decision it is — not just a due date.
02

Draft review

Your template is the starting point. Read the subject and message, make an edit, and choose how to prepare it.

Every draft comes from your own template. Edit it, then copy it or open it in your mail app — nothing sends on its own.
03

Payments

A client saying “paid” is a request to check. Keep it pending while you verify, then record what actually arrived.

Log full or partial payments and see what's left to collect, without another spreadsheet.

Prepare it. Send it yourself.

Copy text or open your email app. Neither action sends automatically; the sent log is a separate decision.

Keep the document’s history together.

A recorded payment claim and paused follow-ups appear together in the document history. The claim still needs verification.

ILLUSTRATIVE WORKFLOWS

Two everyday reasons to open Today.

These are example workflows, not customer stories or promised outcomes. MoneyNudge starts after you have sent the quote or invoice.

01

A quote is waiting on a reply

Log the quote you already sent, its client, amount, and sent date.

When it appears on Today, review a draft made from your template. Adjust it to the conversation, then prepare it for your email app.

You send the follow-up yourself and decide how to record the next step.

02

An invoice needs a payment check

Log the invoice you already sent and the amount outstanding.

Review a reminder when it is due. If a client says they have paid, pause follow-ups and check the claim.

Record the full or partial payment only after checking it. A claim does not automatically close the invoice.

Real app, fictional built-in sample quote. The message comes from a template. Copy, open mail or download an .eml; none sends it or marks it sent. No email was sent for this screenshot.

FICTIONAL EXAMPLE · NOT A CUSTOMER RESULT

A payment claim is a reason to check.

Alex sent Jordan invoice INV-104 for USD 1,200 on March 2, 2026. Net 30 from that date makes it due April 1. Here is what changes when Jordan says they paid.

  1. 1. Invoice open

    Outstanding balance

    USD 1,200

The invoice is still outstanding. Review the next follow-up before you send it.

  2. 2. Client says “I paid”

    Outstanding balance

    USD 1,200

You record the claim. Follow-ups pause and a verification task appears. The balance stays unchanged.

  3. 3. USD 400 verified

    Outstanding balance

    USD 800

You check that the money arrived and record the partial payment. USD 800 remains outstanding.

You record replies and verify payments yourself; there is no inbox or bank sync. Balances stay separate by currency. A sent log records your report, not delivery confirmation.

What MoneyNudge does

  • MoneyNudge shows which quotes and invoices need a follow-up today.
  • It drafts each follow-up from your own template; you review it and send it from your own email.
  • It never emails your clients on its own.
  • When you log that a client replied, said they have paid, or asked you to wait, the follow-ups pause.
  • It keeps a record of what you marked as sent, and when.
  • A morning email lists what is due that day.
  • It tracks full and partial payments against each invoice.
  • It follows up on quotes as well as invoices.

What it doesn't do

  • It never sends emails to your clients on its own.
  • It doesn't use AI to write your messages — drafts come from your own template and your own words.
  • It isn't invoicing or accounting software.
  • It isn't a collection agency.

When your current setup is enough

Keep the reminders in your invoicing tool if they already work for you. A spreadsheet and saved templates can be enough for a few open invoices. MoneyNudge adds manual logging: try it when you want a daily list and to review every message, rather than automatic sending.

Your data controls

Settings lets you export workspace data and delete your account. Account deletion removes workspace data from the live database immediately. Read the privacy policy before adding client information.

Frequently asked questions

Is MoneyNudge free?
Yes, for now. MoneyNudge is free during early access, and there's no card required to sign up.
What happens when you start charging?
We'll give every workspace at least 30 days' notice by email before introducing any paid plan.
Will MoneyNudge email my clients for me?
No. It drafts the follow-up from your template, but you review it and send it yourself, from your own email address. It never sends anything on its own.
Does it work with my email and invoicing tools?
It works with whatever email address you already send from — there's nothing to connect. It doesn't integrate with invoicing or accounting software; you log your quotes and invoices yourself.
What data does it store?
Your client names and contact emails, the quotes and invoices you log, your notes, and a record of what you marked as sent and when. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. In Settings → Your data you can download your workspace as a JSON file, or permanently delete your account and its data — deletion can't be undone.
